Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ronald Lau’s work reflects a commitment to artistic excellence, thoughtful instruction, and a higher standard of musical engagement in the community.
Together with Cynthia Yau, Ronald co-founded Verus School of Music, a music school dedicated to thoughtful training, artistic development, and high-quality musical education in the Greater Toronto Area.
His work spans solo and collaborative performance, piano teaching, and professional audio/video production, bringing together classical artistry, educational insight, and technical experience.

Piano Lessons
Ronald’s teaching encourages students to develop curiosity, critical thinking, disciplined practice habits, and a confident artistic voice. Lessons address both immediate technical and musical challenges while guiding students toward long-term independence, healthy playing, and meaningful interpretation.
Wedding & Event Performance
Ronald provides elegant live piano music for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, private events, and special occasions. His classical background and collaborative experience allow him to shape each performance with sensitivity, refinement, and professionalism.
Recording & Production
In addition to his work as a performer, Ronald is an experienced recording engineer and producer, with credits on releases from Albany Records and MSR Classics, as well as festival and orchestral projects. He offers support for recording sessions, video projects, accompaniment tracks, and production planning.
